The Role
We're hiring a Capital Coordinator to support our Capital Markets team, Sales team, and clients throughout the scheduling, lead management, and follow-up process.
In this role, you'll help coordinate client and prospect calls, manage calendards and meeting logistics, track leads and follow-ups, maintain accurate CRM information, and ensure opportunities continue moving forward.
You'll work closely with the Sales team and clients, serving as an important coordination point between internal teams, clients, and prospective leads. This is a highly organized, client-facing role that requires strong communication, attention to detail, responsiveness, and excellent follow-through.
This role is ideas for someone who enjoys keeping processes organized, communicating with different stakeholders, and making sure meetings, leads, and follow-ups are handled efficiently.
What You’ll Do
- Coordinate and schedule calls and meetings between clients, prospects, leads, and the sales team.
- Manage calendards, meeting confirmations, reminders, rescheduling, and follow-ups.
- Serve as a key point of coordination for client and prospect meeting logistics.
- Communicate professionally with clients, prospects, and leads through email and phone.
- Work closely with the sales team to coordinate meetings and support day-to-day sales activities.
- Help clients organize and manage leads, follow-ups, and upcoming meetings.
- Track leads, pending actions, and follow-ups to ensure opportunities continue moving forward.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date CRM records, lead information, meeting activity, and follow-up items.
- Monitor calendards, schedules, and upcoming activities to keep processes organized and on track.
- Support the sales team with administrative and operational tasks throughout the sales process.
- Identify scheduling or process issues and help resolve them quickly and efficiently.
- Maintaina high level of responsiveness and organization across multiple clients, leads, and priorities.
- Support additional Capital Markets, Sales, and operational initiative as needed.

- Comfortable working with CRM systems, calendars, spreadsheets, and other business tools.
- Proactive mindset and willingness to take ownership of assigned responsibilities.
- Ability to work effectively with Sales teams, clients, and multiple stakeholders.
- Strong problem-solving skills and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work independently while maintaining strong communication with the team.
- High level of accountability and ownership
Bonus Points For
- Previous experience in sales support, client coordination, customer success, operations, or administrative coordination.
- Experience managing calendars and scheduling meetings for clients or executives.
- Experience working with CRM platforms such as Salesforce, HubSpot, Pipedrive, GoHighLevel, or similar.
- Experience with lead management or sales processes.
- Experience communicating directly with U.S.-based clients or prospects.
- Experience working with remote or international teams.
- Experience in FinTech, financial services, private equity, venture capital, real estate, or other private-market environments.
- Familiarity with capital markets or fundraising processes.
